US Keiretsu Forum is launching its network in Spain

I will go to Barcelona next monday to the event organized by my Spanish Partner, Xavier Casares : the launch of Keiretsu Forum in Spain. I am very excited to be one of the promotors of this network in Europe and I'll do my best to facilitate its location in France too.

I met Xavier four years ago, he was leading Online Operations inside Grupo Godo, one of the major newsgroup in Spain. Xavier was also involved in many VC firms, as former banker.

Tomorrow, October the 1st, at Torre Agbar, Xavier will launch the first operations of the Keiretsu Forum in Europe, as president of this local chapter. Keiretsu is the major US financing network for startups. From the last seven years, private BA had invested $175 millions on behalf of Keiretsu, representing more than 155 participations in innovative companies. All sectors have interest for Keiretsu : IT, health, leisures, consumer products, real estate... The condition is to have a high-potential of growth and a plan includind development in the USA.

Web 2.0 event in Barcelona next October, 5th

BPMO Group will publish next week the second report of how Spanish companies are integrating blogs and web 2.0 tools in their communication plans. Well-located in two hubs in Madrid and in Barcelona, near of the biggest companies in Spain and also its customers, BPMO especially focused this study on the use and the functions of new medias online, targeted to become direct ways to well-communicate with consumers.

This event will take place in Barcelona, next Friday 5 October (inscriptions following this link). Pau Herrera and Javier Celaya will be keynote speakers, capitalizing on more than 20 years of experience in communication strategies.

In the meantine, BPMO launched a new blog dedicated to become a forum on web 2.0 applications in the area of the Corporate communication. The title of this second report is "Comunicación empresarial 2.0. La función de las nuevas tecnologías sociales en la estrategia de comunicación empresarial".
